Sunset at Santa Cruz Island

Another shot from the Brooks campus. This was a little later in the day and directed westerly to the largest of the Channel Islands, Santa Cruz Island, a wonderful place to explore by sail. Many great anchorages exist with excellent sandy bottoms for great security when staying overnight.

This is a color mood that I like a lot, inky blues and some warm tones for contrast.
